Welcome to the pack

These community rules apply to WalkPack, published by Almanac Apps. This early-access test is for adults aged 18 and over. Before sharing a dog’s name, photo or territory, you agree to these rules and can read our privacy policy.

Keep it kind

Use dog and pack names and photos you have the right to share. Do not post abuse, threats, hate speech, sexual content, violent or disturbing imagery, spam, impersonation, or another person’s private information. Do not use profiles or territory to harass, track, intimidate or target someone.

Children’s sexual exploitation, illegal content and animal cruelty have no place here. Report concerning content from the dog or territory details in the app, or contact [email protected]. You can also block a player’s profile. We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these rules.

Good dogs, fair play

Count real walks with the dogs actually joining you. Do not fake locations, record drives as walks, impersonate another pack or interfere with other players. To challenge a patch, follow the two goals shown in the app: distance and overlap with that land. Reaching just one goal does not win the patch.

Claims are part of a game, not ownership of real land. A patch never grants access to private property or a restricted place. Follow local access rules and signs, keep control of your dog, and pay attention to your surroundings. A sniff break or a shorter walk is always welcome.

You choose what to share

Shared walks can add your dog’s photo, name, land and basic stats to the game. Exact routes are not public. Choose Private walk when you want an outing just for you. See Privacy and Delete account for your choices.

Early access means things will change

We are still improving WalkPack. Features and game rules may change, and interruptions or bugs can happen. Land and rankings are game progress with no cash value. Keep any walk information you need independently; local history is not a cloud backup.
